Absolutely First Class service! Customer service was really good and communication was fantastic. Booked the service and Eric was free a few days before our scheduled appointment and he came to get rid of the huge Hornets nest that day. He followed up with a message a few days later to make sure the problem was dealt with and went to check in person.
