Jerry came out and tested the water and talked to us about what was best for our house. He suggested the best place to put the water softners for easy access. They were very professional and polite. My water treatment system was installed by another company but I was unhappy with the service I had been receiving from them. I thought I'd be out of luck finding a company to come in and correct another company's work. I called Best Water and to my surprise, they sent Kenny out to assess the possible issues and recommend a fix. He was on time and very courteous during the visit. I decided to move forward with the recommendation. My additional equipment install was scheduled for the same week. Toby and Dave came to do the work. They were great! Kenny came to do an estimate for new conditioning equipment. He was courteous, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave some ideas we had not considered. When we asked for a revised estimate for some additional work, he replied promptly. I found the price to be good and the installers of the new equipment were prompt and efficient. I heartily recommend Best Water!
