I manage a community that BrightView is their landscape vendor, and they've been a fantastic partner. Our account manager, Robert, is responsive, professional and always quick to address any concerns. Our crew lead, Gordon, is extremely communicative about any issues he notices in the field --- especially if it's something outside of the scope of our contract. This is incredibly helpful since they're in areas we don't always see ourselves. It also speaks volumes that Gordon has been part of the crew servicing this community for years. Communication is seamless, and the quality of service is consistently strong. I truly appreciate the reliability and support they provide.
