    Great experience and a 5 star massage! The facility is meticulously clean and Amy the manager speaks good enough English to evaluate your massage intensity preferences and carry on a pleasant conversation. The hot stones were great! Most important, warm towels were used to remove any massage oils so you don't leave there feeling greasy...LOL. These attentions to detail make it a great, professional atmosphere! I highly recommend H&W Spa.

One of the best H&W Spa treatments at the cheapest price in Fredericksburg VA! This full body massage includes neck, back, legs, foot reflexology. Oriental theory sees our life force as harmonized and distributed by rivers (called Meridians) or lines of Chi (energy flow) in the body. Different points in the body act as gates regulating the flow and also nurturing the organs. This is the basis of Full Body Treatment.
