I went in with a bad mood and came out feeling better. Not all of the techniques were for me; however, it really seemed to make a difference in parts of my neck, feet, scalp, and shoulders. It was my first visit and I would try again.

There was also some sort of meetup gathering outside, and the intense smokey smell lingered when I would have preferred to relax and breathe fresh, but perhaps that's not included in the next trip :)

Still a 5 star to start, and glad to feel better after feeling so bad for so long. Other reviewers mentioned that it was clean/tidy looking, and I can confirm that's the case for today's session!

This was a solid bet if you need to get in same day. Great massage, nice people, good prices. My husband and I were both able to get in with a therapist at the same time. It had the charm of my therapist needing to get the door chime a few times but I was fine.

I stopped by H&W after a long drive a few days ago and I should have played the lottery... as this was a very lucky decision. I get massages very regularly and this was one of the best I've ever had! The dry work at the beginning over the towel, Long, slow firm movement with oil.. felt a little like Lomi Lomi and the intuitive stretching after that was fantastic... I wish I remembered her name, but I will find a reason to visit Fredericksburg again very soon. Very clean, friendly people. Good vibes and excellent massage! Thank you :)
