Called Wednesday and they came out Thursday. Josh called me ahead of time to see if he could come earlier. I was about 40 minutes out but told him he could go by my house to see the outside damage that needed repair. I told him I left the damaged pieces on the steps if he needed to see. I got a call about 40 minutes later from Josh and he said he got up on the ladder and fixed it on the spot so there was no need to come back later today when I got home. To say I was shocked is an understatement! I couldn't believe it. I was so thankful and appreciated that he just took care of it. If I need repairs in the future, they will be my only call. “Monster Roofing, Donte, and team were exceptional. Donte answered phone calls on a Saturday to coordinate the full roof install. The team showed up on time and got straight to work. The agreed upon price in the estimate was honored and we were treated with respect throughout the process. Following the completion of a quality job, the team cleaned up so well we couldn't tell they had been here (with the exception of a great roof). To top it all off, one of our window bug screens were slightly damaged by a shingle. It was brought to our attention by one of the team who said they were going to fix it ASAP. They were back with a brand new replacement within two hours. I cannot recommend Monster Roofing, Donte, and team enough!“

“Aegis is one of the finest companies I have had the privilege to deal with - two years ago I had several shingles that the wind was lifting up - with a storm on the way I called Aegis and they were there within 2 hours and glued them down - unbelievable!! Yesterday we had 40 mph winds that blew a piece of facia half off and left it flapping and banging against the roof and house - again I called Aegis at 4pm and they were at my house by 1pm the next day to secure it back in place - I asked for an estimate to replace all of it with new using screws - Donald suggested to just secure the existing with screws in the spring - when I asked how much I owed them for today - they said Nothing!!“
