Considering what designs we both requested, the service was done in a very timely manner and at a very fair price. Nhi did the silver chrome jaws/teeth and Jay did the gold chrome + cat eye design. Vicky was wonderful and gentle and did an excellent job; My manicure is where I have issues, while the nail technician Mira was terrific and my nails look great; I was not given what I asked for more than once. I called to specifically make an appointment for Builder liquid gel nails, I asked a few questions of Trinny who seemed to be in charge, while I was getting my pedicure, specifically about the Builder Nails, but Mira used the T.A.P. Poly Gel; I am inexperienced with the Builder nails but my daughter recommended them because I wanted something not so harsh on my natural nail. All of the research I did said that the Builder was better to use for natural nails. I feel like they took advantage of my inexperience with both products. Not sure I will be back.”
