“Gina one of the therapist there was amazing with my dad. She was stern but very caring because she wanted nothing but the best quality of care for him. Charlie is another one of my favorites as well as some of the techs. We had to fly my dad out to Sheppard Rehab in GA, I must admit I wish he didn't have to go there. He made more progress at encompass then he is at Sheppard. At least I can say he was moving forward at Encompass. Now he's moving backwards at Sheppard. I wish encompass could keep their patients for at least 60 days.“
“There is got to be concerns about a Doctor's office when you can't speak up about your own health before a rudeness and disrespectful people come at you like wolves in sheep clothing there is only but one true caring and compassionate person in the office that I would trust and that's Dr Chang himself the rest is you are treated by only if they like you and you better not speak up in your own defense not sure Dr Chang is aware of these misleading situations but overall you have to be careful to speaking up you might get a letter of not being able to further treatment nice I would rather have trust with my health thank you Dr Chang for caring because when I was under your care at least you showed you cared“
