The staff, including the receptionist, are welcoming and helpful, making clients feel comfortable and at ease. The artists are meticulous in their work, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that every tattoo meets high standards. The studio has a great atmosphere, with clients praising the "wonderful vibes" and "fantastic work". Many clients are willing to travel long distances to visit Sweetheart Tattoo, and once they've experienced the studio, they're unlikely to go anywhere else. Overall, Sweetheart Tattoo is a gem that deserves all the best.
My wife, mother-in-law and I have been to Sweetheart Tattoo on multiple occasions for separate tattoos over a year a part. That is to say, this shop and its staff are phenomenal, consistent artists who have created a calm, cool, and welcoming environment that makes the experience exceptional. The interior is exceptionally clean and the decor is borderline salon-like with lots of plants to complement all the flash on the walls.

Great conversation and exceptional customer service. He drew up what I wanted done and went over some older faded out ink . Going back in 3/4 weeks to finish up, and yeah I'll probably get something else. Five stars without q.
Been tattooed by almost everyone in this shop, each and every one of them is talented and capable of providing a great experience. Rob has a guest spot and I can’t suggest him enough for anyone looking for a unique style. Phenomenal customer experience, incredibly clean, and very willing to make changes and hear your ideas. I also had a wonderful experience with Matt, he’s very creative and a great artist. If you’re looking for someone to make a piece outside of the box he’s a great choice as well. Their shop is pristine with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
