George was the perfect engineer for removing my old and fitting my new water heater. He came out the same day upon inquiry, and the job was completed in a timely manner without complications. He was polite, courteous, and very helpful with providing details. Thanks for recruiting such customer friendly staff F H Furr! Tevins 'follow up' was 'on point ' too.
Joahua Williams did our HVAC inspection. He is very professional and obviously knew his way around our system. He made some appropriate suggestions, but didn't pressure me.Wyatt was so thorough as he addressed our plumbing issue.
