The team was incredibly friendly and took a personal interest in my prized possession. Extremely knowledgeable in their craft and were communicative during the process. Were able to remove a heavy stain that had set, and the rug looks & feels like the first day I purchased it. Thanks for taking great care of us!

They showed up on time, were courteous and professional and very thorough. We had three levels cleaned. Communication with Victor was outstanding. Temone and Kenneth, I can't say enough, their customer service was the best. Also, they were very nice to my dogs, one of the guys even helped get my senior bulldog down the stairs. They even asked if we had any dogs that would try to escape and I do, so we were sure to communicate the entire time they were here. Enough about dogs, back to the carpet, just top notch service all around. They had to come back for some weird anomaly due to no fault of their own. Can't say enough positives regarding this company. 4 greys so have issues. My rugs look and smell like new. Prices are realistic. Was expecting to pay way more. They stand by their commitment to service and quality. Would give 10 stars if I could. Use them. Will not be disappointedService: Pet stain & odor removal
