A few weeks ago one of my oven elements failed. Colonial was very responsive. Had the part in stock and did a pro job on site.
My oven igniter switch broke few weeks ago, the service man came over today with new part. He serviced switch within a hour and now my oven will cook a 16 pound turkey on Thanksgiving this Thursday! I gave 4-star because it was expensive for me.
My gas cooktop was making a clicking sound so I googled it and did what was suggested. Afterwards all the burners were making the clicking noise! I called Colonial Appliance Repair and they asked me for the model and serial number. I had trouble finding it but I did and they came today. JR checked all the burners and explained that the clicking sound is normal and there’s nothing wrong with the cooktop. The best part is that he charged me less than I expected. I’m now a customer if I need their services again!
