Not very happy with the service cleaning my carpets. I had requested a steam cleaning for 3 bedrooms and a basement. They literally were here less half hour to do everything. I was so lost on what I actually paid 225$ for. I watched them they just quick shifted the surface. Steam cleaning is suppose to take 2-3 swifts. I mean they were in and out and I noticed not a single difference in before and after. Even the cleaning guid lines dissappeared after 6 hours as if they were never even there. I know steam cleaning g and this was absolutely not it. I was trying to have my carpets clean and presentable for selling my home but I got way better results with a rented rug...read full review

Guys showed up on time, communicated with me every step of the way and were very easy to work with. They were professional, responsive, timely and did an excellent job with my carpets. Parking work vehicles in handicapped spots (yes, plural!), very "professional". Saw multiple handicapped residents have to park far away and walk, glad your employees weren't inconvenienced though.
