JB is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had work on me. I used to live in San Diego and had a massage therapist I adored. Moving here was hard with regards to finding someone who could fix my body (I do jiu jitsu and am often sore and tight). I went through several people here and am so incredibly thankful JB was recommended to me. He is so skillful and knowledgeable about the muscles, fascia and anatomy as a whole. he has an amazing understanding of muscle groups, fascia, etc. and areas that affect supporting muscles. also great at stretching. his massages are timed just right and pressure is perfect. outstanding professional. I can't imagine using another therapist ever again.
