On November 15, 2023, Devin Paddy performed our annual inspection. I was initially surprised when he asked to search our house and garage attics, as no one had done that before. Devin gave a thorough report, including photographs, and recommended services to add some insulation, and also screen the attic vents to prevent bats, etc. from gaining access. Devin was pleasant, professional, thorough, and he clearly explained what he was recommending and why. We are happy to give him "five stars".
