Professional, Compassionate, Personable, Dr. Neubauer explained everything extremely well. Although it was quite a bit of work I needed to have done. I did not feel pressured or judged. Provided excellent customer service in helping my 92 year old mother with her denture issues. It kept falling out. They put in a temporary fix pending a December install of what would provide a more permanent fix in Dec. When the denture continued to fall out, they repaired again at no cost and provided alternate options. They were patient and took all the time necessary to ensure my mom was informed and comfortable during the repair. Highly recommend.
