It If I could write a 5 million star review I would! This company has exceeded our expectations while not only renovating our house but doing our addition as well. They cared so much about our home and family the entire time and we will certainly have a lifelong relationship with them. We have the home of our dreams and cannot thank K&D enough!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done on our 44 year old home..A complete makeover was done from new siding, roof, gutters removal of an old deck and replacing with a new screened in deck, and in addition to that, the building of a new concrete patio complete with railings and step down to the driveway..We also had a new concrete walkway installed from our driveway to the front door.
Considerations need to be made when taking on such a project..the space needed for the placement of a large dumpster to handle all of the debris..the placement of the materials to be used ie; siding, rafters, shingles, lumber, and building blocks for foundations.
