“Pinnacle Dermatology is amazing! I had been dealing with two skin areas of concern that I chalked up to a case of o-l-d. I decided to seek professional consultation with a Dermatologist for the first time ever. This experience was the best routine doctor visit experience I have ever had.

I was greeted with a friendly from desk team that had me use their tablet to check me into their system. The office is very well appointed - it is everything I ever imagined a Dermatologist Office to be like - a day spa!! Seriously, you feel like you are in a center and location for healing - I almost expected to pass a water feature on the way to the patient room.

I was invited back to the office by a very welcoming Physician Assistant - not sure their titles. She was wonderful and went over the information I placed on the tablet, got up to speed on what was going on and had me change into the gown awaiting the doctor (PA-C Ciana Hughes).

Ciana Hughes came in with her high performance team and she went over everything in sufficient detail to make her evaluation. One of her teammates was taking detailed notes and the other getting the diagnosis pulled up as a visual comparison of my diagnosis. It was like an Olympic Dermatologist Team. These ladies were amazing.

Dr. Hughes made her diagnosis with expert skill and confidence knowing exactly what I was going through and how she could help. She offered multiple options for a treatment plan that we will explore starting with the first and moving to alternative options in six weeks.

I am not sure she knew how life changing her work is, but a mere week into treatment my quality of life is measurably improved and forever positively changed. How often do you get that result at a :30 minutes visit with the doctor?!!!

Many thanks to the Pinnacle Dermatology team. I am filled with gratitude and will maintain my most enthusiastic recommendation for those seeking Dermatology care!
