My technician was expedient and efficient. After going without a new stove that should have been installed 3 weeks ago, he made the nightmare disappear in a matter of 30-45 minutes!
I had purchased a replacement water heater and decided to have it installed by a professional. I got referrals from Angie and RightNOW could do what I needed done right away for the best price. I had drained the old heater so when Johno, the installer, arrived he got right to work removing the old one and minutes later the new heater was installed and starting to heat the water. He cleaned up the packaging, removed the old heater, and briefed me on the control panel. The whole process by RightNOW plumbing was efficient and friendly. As a result, I can highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
