I came in recently because I was looking to get a more styleized haircut for my wedding than I get at my normal barbershop. Corinne was recommended by a friend so I set up an appointment about a month and half before the wedding as a trial run to see if I liked it. When I arrived to my appointment, I couldn't have had a better experience. I described all the issues I had with my normal haircuts to Corinne and how it was hard for me to get a good haircut that fit my face and was balanced because it seemed like my normal barber mostly only cared about the fade portion. Corinne was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed and gave me a haircut that was better than I imagined it could be. When I got home I showed my (now wife) and she said I HAD to go back to Corinne and get the same haircut before the wedding and couldn't have agreed more. Needless to say, the wedding day cut was perfect and I'm really thankful that Corinne was able to nail such a important wedding day grooming detail for me!

Dope shop, there was a totally sweet and super cute doggo there. Shop looks cool, clean, I like that they have a tv on in there. That’s always nice. Rico was my barber, and he did an awesome job! Let's just say if I didn't have a brother, Greg would be in the running for my best man. This guy KNOWS hair, and more importantly how to cut it (which is great news cause he's a barber!) Let's just say there's a reason these guys have nothing but 5-star reviews, Trevor (the owner) immediately greeted me with a smile and led me to my seat where Greg so graciously looked at my phone to see exactly what kind of cut I wanted and checked in with me along the way to make any changes. I told them it was my "pre-pre-wedding cut" (wild I know) and they pulled out the white glove service for me and even gave me wedding tips!! By far the friendliest barbers I've ever met and might I even say top 30 friendliest human beings I've met (I've met a few humans in my day) - you will not be disappointed by Trevor and Greg and no matter where you are you HAVE TO make the drive / Metro train ride over to see these guys. Your wife/husband/hook-up/ex (if you want to rekindle) will thank you. Oh yeah and I got a nice sparkling water and some product on my way out as well.

David is the GOAT! I'm a UCLA student, and I've been getting my hair cut by him for almost two years now. There hasn't been a single time where I was unhappy with the result. He's extremely receptive to what you want done with your hair, and he'll check in with you at every step to make sure it's to your liking. I can't recommend David enough!!

Yesterday was my first time at LA Sun spray tan and I had a great experience! Parking was very easy at valet for only four dollars and my service was very quick, professional and cute space! I rinsed my express tan off after four hours and was already left with a very bronze skin tone throughout the day today it has been developing very nicely with no Hughes of orange. I am very happy with the service and I will be back!!
Everyone was friendly and nice. Got a Brazilian done by Dianna and she was great explaining the process. The pain was not as bad as I thought. I also got a tan by Jasmine and she was great during the process. Completely obsessed with how I’m glowing!!! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been seeing Amber for over a year now, and she’s hands down the best in LA. As a medical professional, I’m particular about cleanliness, and her setup is actually much cleaner and more hygienic than many salons I’ve been to.
Yes, it’s a private setup in her apartment, but it’s professional, spotless, and she makes you feel totally at ease. I’ve never once felt unsafe — parking is easy (garage access), and she always meets you at the door.

Just moved into the neighborhood, and found them on Google. The technicians were so nice, and the salon is very clean. I scheduled my pedicure online, but they were nice enough to accommodate me, and take care of my manicure as well! This is my new spot! I highly recommend!!

I think Alondra's excellent work speaks for itself. I have had two manis and a pedi with her. First time in my life we did designs - I wanted a little bling (rhinestone, a little design), and Alondra gave me exactly that! She also reined me in a bit (I think I got overexcited) and kept my manicure tasteful and professional. She is really friendly and professional, and it is easy to schedule appointments (she even stayed later to finish up my pedicure, which was so helpful). I had to cancel an appointment and change dates and as long as you do that more than 24 hours before your appointment, there is no charge (otherwise $20). Salon is right off Wilshire, street parking available for free. Adorable pink salon, clean, and well-maintained. Price for manicure with add-on for spa services (worth it) like massage, scrub, and parafin was $65. Note: manicures are dry manicures (no soaking -better for nails and cuticles), soaking with pedis. You can pay with Zelle or card. My new go-to place for these services -- go with Alondra!
Lauren and Sica are the bees knees! I have been going to Blackheart Nails since 2019, and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t want my nails done by anybody else. The artists here are talented, they are professional, and all-around great humans to be around. I always receive the best compliments about my nails and it’s all thanks to them!

I highly recommend this beautiful new nail salon in the neighborhood. Firstly, the place is really beautiful, and sparkling clean. You sit on comfy emerald green velvet chairs. The sisters who run the salon are extremely professional and deliver amazing manicures and spa- like pedicures. I love the touch of flower petals they put in the pedicure water , feels like I'm in an exclusive spa. Silva does the manicures and she is truly a perfectionist! I've had hard gel and Gel-X ; both are perfect. I've been going for 3 months and this salon is consistently perfect and welcoming! Highly recommend

I use to be really self conscious as I have super brittle and short nails, but the artist I've worked with have cared a lot about my nail health. I started with getting extensions and now all my looks are done on my natural nails ? My nail health has dramatically improved since I had my first appointment.
Also for my job I keep my nails a bit shorter and they always accommodate a design to match the length I want! (but with their support I could easily grow them out ?)

Carly is the best with curly hair. I am very picky and have always had a hard time finding someone who can give me a great haircut. I moved out of town and now drive 2 and half hours each way to see her. That’s how good she is.
First off, when you walk in you can tell the owner put effort into make the environment feel like luxury. She offers you tea, coffee, or water. She is very caring and kind. The pricing is decent and the quality of what you get is top tier! The service is above average and I highly recommend this place. The art tech, is very good at her job and the place is well-maintained. I also want to add that my manicure was a Russian and it lasted for around 5 weeks! My nail polish was still perfect just grown out and the cuticles were still not fully grown in. I really like how they shave down the cuticle. Found my new place!

Got the Bare Basics facial and chose to do the BioRePeel as one of the treatments that came with it. Overall place is nice, cute and cozy. Facial was pretty basic, hence the name. And that is no dis to Priscilla but I've received more treatments within a facial at a lesser rate. I really liked the peel. It's been a week since my facial and I can tell a difference in my skin. I wasn't expecting so much skin to peel off but I am all for it. It would have been nice to receive the after care instructions, pics and the product recommendations. She said she would send me all this but its been a week and I still haven't received anything.

Such a wonderful little place. Online booking was very easy. Sara is lovely and it was an overall fantastic experience. I parked under the building, it was a little confusing to find her from the lobby but you go outside and look for a sign that says Sola Salons. She will validate parking. I got my lashes and brows done and three weeks later they are still looking great. Definitely would recommend a visit if you need a little lift.

I am SO happy and relieved that I’ve FINALLY found a place near me that offers quality DMK facials. I used to travel all the way from NELA to Garden grove to get a DMK facial but had to stop because of distance and price. However, since being in NELA I have never been satisfied with my facials - and I take my skincare pretty seriously.
When I saw that Dazzle Me offered DMK, I was excited to book my first facial. Not only that, Jackie (the owner) has tables that can move your upper body more upright - so if you’re a little claustrophobic like me, you can be treated in an upright position which is a GAMECHANGER for me. Because I wasn’t getting facials as often because I don’t like being flat and having my entire face and sometimes nose covered completely. Jackie is also time efficient because DMK facials can take a while- but she can do them faster without skimping on quality! She also offers different types of treatments as well based on your skin.
That said, it’s been a week out since my facial and my face is still shining, glowing, and hydrated. I haven’t had to put full make up on all week and that’s always a plus. So thankful Dazzle Me is in Highland Park!!

Hand down best experience getting pierced. Dom is super thorough, and her expertise is apparent through your conversation with her. The vibe is immaculate and her energy is so pure. I had a double frontal helix and my tragus pierced and I'm surprised at how little pain i felt being pierced and little to none after. I'm about 3 weeks post piercing and they are healing beautifully. I will be returning for more piercings with her. I also love her jewelry selection. I’m a rose gold girlie and she had many options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Sang and his team did the hair and makeup for my wedding this summer. The ceremony was held in a private residence, so we only had two small adjacent bedrooms available for the bridal party to get ready in. Despite the less than ideal space they had to work in, Sang and his team made it work with professionalism, grace, and warmth. Sang was really responsive and easy to communicate with throughout all the days leading up to the wedding. He gently nudged me--not usually a makeup girl--to explore looks and share them with his team in advance for myself, and each member of the bridal party, so they could come prepared and work efficiently. At the end of the day, everything was perfectly on schedule. When I wanted some last minute adjustments made to my own makeup, they understood completely, adjusted accordingly, and the results were fantastic. Everyone looked and felt their best that day thanks to their services, and moreover, Sang and his team brought a calm, sunny vibe that made the hours before the wedding much less stressful. Booked Brandy in 2024 for a March 2025 wedding and we quickly set up a wedding consultation. From the start, Brandy was super informative and helpful, using her expertise to explain how to get the best styles for my wedding photoshoot, rehearsal dinner and wedding day.
Throughout the planning process, I changed my mind about the styles 3 to 4 times, and Brandy was incredibly patient with every change. She is knowledgeable and professional, carefully describing each step during make-up application and hair styling sessions.

I went to Michelle for a tutorial on how to apply makeup in a way that looks natural and clean. She taught me how to apply makeup from foundation to eyeshadow to shaping eyebrows and was very patient and thorough in making sure I understood. She was up on all the latest products from Korea and had some great recommendations. She even took time to come meet me at the makeup store downstairs to help pick out some products. She is top notch!

It was such an easy experience communicating with Ric (the owner) about my design idea and booking. When I got to the shop, Carla already had a few iterations of my design idea ready to go, but was also very open to suggestions, collaboration, etc.. It was an absolute pleasure working with her on the design and placement. Next step was the actual tattooing, and when I tell you this woman is a true pro, I really mean it. She has such a light touch with the tattoo gun, and her work is so precise, meticulous, and beautiful, you can really tell she cares deeply about every dot of ink she puts on the skin. I'll definitely be coming back to this shop for more tattoos in the future and could not recommend RicRoks Tattoos, or Carla, more highly.
Every review about this place is absolutely true. I was so excited but nervous to go through with getting a tattoo. Mind you this is my first time getting quite a big statement tattoo. My artist was Sasha. The whole process from going over the final sketch to the first session went by like a breeze. I got an industrial here and it was the best piercing experience! Frank answered all of my questions about the process and whether this piercing was right for me. The piercing itself was quick and easy. When I told him about past healing problems in cartilage piercings, he gave me great advice that’s led to absolutely no problems during healing- no bumps, no irritation, and hardly any swelling.
I’ll definitely be going back here and I recommend it to everyone looking for a piercer!

Wow! I’m completely floored by the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise provided by Connie and Lalo.
We had a crack in our sewage line and other plumbers recommended a simple replacement of that section. However, Lalo recommended a replacement of the whole segment of cast iron to ABS. He let me know that cracks are usually not isolated and that this would ensure we don’t run into any other problems.
Though it was slightly more expensive than what others quoted, I’m so glad I listened to him! Lalo was able to come out the next day with a colleague and they ripped out about 20’ of old cast iron pipe. The excavated pipe was corroded and completely cracked throughout; replacing the segment, on the other plumbers recommendation, would have only caused the problem to happen again. Also, Lalo went above and beyond to replace our old clean-out with a two-way one!
Overall, I’d highly recommend American Drain Works! They’re my go-to contact now for my plumbing needs.

My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. Thank you guys for another amazing job.

The best electricians I have found—they do careful work at a reasonable price.
Also, they found problems in the electric panel that another electrician had installed. Not only did they fix these, but they guided DWP through an inspection, and obtained the permit for us (which the previous company had never completed).
We liked them so much, we had them do a number of other jobs for us, including the installation of a car charger in our garage.
We recommend them highly!
The electrician came out to give a free estimate of installing a Tesla wall charger outside of my home and provided different ways of handling the project. He advised that the best option is to go with whatever is most convenient and cost effective for me as he said he can do it all as long as it is what the customer wants. So I decided which option would work best for me and he was able to get in an time slot the next day and provided the estimate via email for me to sign. Got it signed and the electrician was there the next morning and done with the job within a couple hours. Work is clean and I am very satisfied with the turnout. I highly recommend the electrician to anyone with the same project in mind and will also be on the call list when needing anything else electrical related for the home.

Babash did an incredible job with my area rugs. I had a big move and tight timing to get my rugs cleaned but they worked with my schedule and my rugs came back like new! Ali was wonderful explaining and coordinating everything, and the guys that came to collect and return the carpets were wonderful and treated everything with care as they deftly moved furniture to access the carpets. One of my larger rugs had older moth damage and was quite matted by time, so, as much as I loved it, I wasn't sure whether to even try and have it cleaned. Ali assessed it on site and when it came back it was truly like new. I can barely see the old and small moth hole because the pile has been restored so beautifully. Babash is truly a rare gem - a friendly, expert and caring family style business that does exquisite work.

I am so glad I called My Flooring Experts. We had previous estimates and felt so much more comfortable with Nir (and team) hands down. When we got the quote for new hardwood floors, the price was more than we could handle due to the glued down engineered wood floors that had no more life needing to be demo'd and disposed. As an alternative Nir talked to us about laminate floating floors and we had no idea the quality was so high. Although not significantly cheaper than wood, the ability to leave our old floors saved a great deal of money. Nir came back and tolerated my constant mind changing, always with a kind smile. Once decided- the office staff was amazing and RAYMOND, our installer, was beyond talented. We are three days in with our new floors and so so happy. This review is a small token of appreciation for the experience and outstanding finished product.

We have worked with Erich and his team on a few occasions, including hardwood floor partial installs (new floor had to match old) and ~3 refinishing jobs, including one we just wrapped up today at our house, in which we refinished and lightened the color of quarter-sawn oak floors throughout the house. Erich and his team removed all the furniture, refinished the floors while we were away on vacation, and now reinstalled the furniture. They always perform very high quality work, Erich is super knowledgeable about floors, and he is always honest when they do make mistakes, which is rarely. We trust he and his team so as to be very comfortable being 3000 miles away on vacation while they work at our primary residence. I highly recommend All City!

I met Jacob during my inspection period before buying my house - he is cheery, professional, on-time and thorough. In his inspection, he found significant damage to my roof and his quote included fumigation to treat the root cause (termites) as well as repairs to prevent future structural problems.

Don and Mr. Shin came to prepare the house for fumigation. They were both so sweet and - like Jacob - prompt, thoughtful and thorough. When the fumigation was finished, Mr Shin came back and made sure the house was left the better than they found it! He repaired the termite-damaged boards in the attic and reinforced the overhang on my roof with new boards. He even found the matching paint in my shed and painted them! It was a huge relief to have everything looking clean and nice and feeling very structurally safe.

Very responsive company and good communication throughout the whole process, with updates on arrival time. We had a large tree fall over in a storm at our rental house. It landed on one corner of our patio cover so I was anxious to get the weight off of it. Melecio Hernandez was able to come out right away on a Saturday (even though we still were have on and off again rain throughout the day). He cut down and removed the tree the same day-- very fair pricing. Would definitely use LunaBella again.

Very professional tree service, I am impressed. Marvin gave me a clear estimate and explanation of what they would do first; the price is surely reasonable. Then, they arrived on-time with all professional safety equipment and heavy chopping/grinding machinery towed by a big truck. Work execution was organized and smoothly with minimum disturbing of neighborhood. In about 6 hours, the big dead tree was taken down, trunk/branches removed and chopped to pieces into their truck, and tree stump grinded to flat. After work, they cleaned up really well and I appreciated their detailing. Marvin intends to keep a great business reputation and I think he deserves it.

She is a local USC educated dentist that has gained the trust of past and new patients. Her best dental cleaning staff member Diana, who has been there before Dr. Yoon took over, will clean your teeth like no other dental tech out there. This big city is lucky to have a dentist like Dr. Yoon who deeply cares about her patients. This office might not be in Beverly Hills, but Dr. Yoon and her staff are stars in my eyes.

I’ve been to several clinics due to a lower back disc, but this place, found through my insurance was truly the right one. I’ve never experienced a doctor who is so hands-on and genuinely dedicated to treating patients with this level of care. You can really feel the effort they put in to reduce your pain and help you heal. The nurse is also incredibly kind and always checks in on me every time I visit, which makes a big difference. I honestly want to recommend this clinic to anyone going through similar issues. BTW, I am going there again for maintenance program soon!!!

Dr. Ben and his team are great! We have been coming here for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his exam and recommendations. We initially found him a few years ago when we were searching for a dermatologist for our infant who was having eczema and other skin issues. I didn’t want to go to just any dermatologist, but one of the highest rated ones I could find in LA county. Dr. Ben did not disappoint. He was able to identify child’s issues and make recommendations that actually improved her condition significantly. He also started off using alternatives to steroids when she was smaller but when she got older gave her something with a small amount of steroid and instructed us to use it only for a short time in intervals. I like that he took the age of my child into consideration. I know he is not advertised as a pediatric dermatologist, but I would definitely recommend him for both adult and pediatric dermatology!
Obsessed!! Jeff Bonnaud has literally saved my skin. I highly suggest him if you are just starting your skin journey or looking to refine it with specialized fun. I had some texturized and red acne scars and with his amazing energy we got to work! We've talked through options together and I've been enjoying the treatments like PRP Microneedling which has given me such great results. He's also helped me establish a better daily routine from their products with Vitamin C, which is so silky, and my Sunscreen, which never affects my makeup. I was lucky to see Dr. Jalian for rosacea and venous lake lip vein laser treatment. Poooof gone, each with one laser treatment. The rosacea redness had turned into "acne" like bumps and insurance Dr's could only prescribe worthless creams etc. They did nothing but after the laser treatment all bumps gone. I keep touching my face because it feels so smooth again. Wow. So grateful.

I usually end up waiting a very long time past my appointment time before my pet is seen. And I understand that there is usually only one vet working at a time, but if you make an appointment just make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. Otherwise staff is friendly and the vet is great and knowledgeable.
Nothing could ever prepare me for the day I lost my soul pet. Hearts & Halos supported us immediately because of how quickly my baby’s health declined. I can’t believe I can look back on the day I let her go and say the process was better than I could have imagined. Dr. Denise Osborne and her assistant showed up with such compassion. I am crying as I write this because of the kindness and patience they showed me on the hardest day of my life. Now I can live with the memory of laying my sweet girl to rest in the comfort of her home and in my arms, just how my journey in life with her began.

They all demonstrate a personal interest in the patients, and do their jobs with a high level of competence. The facility is small, but it is kept very clean, and functions smoothly. I’m extremely happy with the care my cats, Eva and Julian, receive at this veterinary clinic. I take them here for all their treatments, including vaccinations and their sterilization procedures, and everything has always gone wonderfully. They recovered very quickly and were treated with so much care.

They gave our cat a lion cut that looks fabulous. She’s an older lady cat and she was difficult to groom but they pulled it off. They handled her with tender loving care and she’s so happy.

Just moved to the area and was looking for an affordable, but good groomer near us Because we have three Shih Tzu’s and grooming them can get very expensive. I’m so glad I found this spot! Not only is the price great, but they do a very good job and they do it quickly. One of our babies is very timid and is usually a little traumatized going to even a normal groomer who does a decent job. But even she was happy after her grooming session here! That’s actually super incredible because again even good groomers, She’s usually not happy about. I highly recommend! Love this place

Our dog hated going to the groomer, we tried them all. K9 was recommended to us by one of our neighbors, what a hidden neighborhood gem. Jasue has transformed our little man Pierogi since he’s first visit. He can’t wait to go now, he pulls me from the car and runs in the open door to the little lobby. Everyone is welcoming and positive! I like the Chill classes when I want a more meditative stretch, I like the Flow classes for a more upbeat flow, and I love/hate the Sweat classes, for when I want my a** kicked. I am a guy and new to yoga, both of which had me worried I'd feel out of place. But I don't, and never have. They had a good deal for my signing up before the end of January, too! The interior design is simple, but with good lighting and some plants here and there. The vaulted ceiling with wooden rafters is pleasant to look at when I'm reaching up for Triangle Pose. ODD is cozy in every way, and I love it. It's only a matter of time before I start crying when we're all lying silent on our mats during a cooldown. I'm grateful I get to take classes here.
This is one of the best yoga studios I have been to. Regretfully, it no longer offers Restorative Yoga classes. I often reminisce about Shari Goodhartz and her Sunday afternoon class held here.
I love the sense of community here and the varying levels of yoga classes from detox to sculpt classes. My favorite unique class is Dalton's urban flow.

I was a charter member of Yogaworks from 1987 till they closed their doors in 2023, when I joined Shefa. If Yogaworks reopened today I wouldn't think of leaving Shefa. The facilities and the family-style run operation makes the studio like a second home to me. I have three adult children who followed me to this excellent studio. L A's best yoga studio by far.
Leo Zen has changed my body & mind. Leo is an amazing teacher and person and I am so lucky to have found him. He has helped my body become longer, leaner and thinner . He does ballet and yoga but really makes a routine that fits your body based on your needs. Every time I leave Leo I feel lighter and so much more happier than when I walked in. He is a special teacher and motivates you to change your body and mind. I have tried every workout in LA and this is by far the most effective and enjoyable. I have sent people of all ages to Leo and they are all hooked! Thank you Leo Zen!! (i only wish there was an option to add more stars)
Great class, low intensity / slower paced but challenging at the same time. Loved how the instructor led the class - even toned, clear directions, good pacing. Also very pleasant staff. Will definitely go again.
Was visiting town for work and found whole body method, signed up for the new client special and had 3 amazing workouts that left me feeling much lighter in my posture, stronger balance and my neck pain was gone. The instructors were great and I thoroughly enjoyed the classes they led. I’m definitely planning to come back the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!
Jamie is the best Pilates instructor. She is so creative and knowledgeable. Every class is different and she watches over you like a hawk with detailed instruction. She balances all the hard work with so much warmth and love. If you want an amazing workout, Jamie is for you. I go to her religiously every week.

I started going to Made By at the beginning of January this year and have been going consistently on an average of 5-6 days a week and in 4 months my body has changed so much. I absolutely love it! I love the cozy and intimate environment at Made By and all the teachers bring something different to ensure there’s a balanced experience for the body. Would highly recommend!
This is a wonderful pilates studio with a team of intelligent and experienced instructors. I took class with Sienna today and she gave me lots of personalized attention in class and helped me through exercises with lots of care. I highly recommend this studio!
The program itself feels gentle and may seem simple at first, and I don’t always leave with the sensation of an intense workout. That said, I’ve come to appreciate that Pilates emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and intentional movement. Through repeating the exercises, I’ve learned to better understand my muscles and how my body moves as a whole. Overall, the experience has been positive for both my mind and body.
Dream Bodies Pilates is such a special place! Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates and the healing power it has for the body. She takes the time to make sure each client feels supported and cared for, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. On top of her expertise, she’s so kind and sweet—it makes every session a joy. I also love that she decorates the studio for the holidays and always looks amazing—it adds such a warm and uplifting touch. Highly recommend!
So Far.. so good... I Like that its only Memory care, so Im not dealing with Assistant Living people that are not trained for memory care. Although we are still in honeymoon treatment. Ill come back in 3 months.
We were having dinner at the Horses, and my daughter was dancing at the courtyard
then came across this lovely lady who invited us to the dancing studio. We had fun there and the lady danced with my daughter for 10min. The instructor there was welcoming and friendly too. Just wanted to say thank you here!
Definitely recommend this Pilates studio. The location for me is perfect, and I appreciate that each instructor that I’ve taken a class with has made it their own. I started doing Pilates at this studio and I feel they’ve really made me a Pilates convert. I have no interest in looking for another studio, and will be coming here as long as I’m in Koreatown!
I am leaving this review both to share some praise for Kore Pilates, as well as to share feedback:
- I wish there were more classes for beginners. Only having 1 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday is limiting. Actually more classes on the weekend in general, I would love a mid day class on Sunday.
- On the same note, I have had an experience a few times now where I sign up for a beginners class, the instructor notices that most students have taken a class before, proceeds to ramp up the difficulty. Sometimes I join the beginner class just to focus on technique (and so I’m not sore the next day).
I have been doing Pilates for a long time and I have trained at several Pilates studios. I prefer to do classical Pilates and Westwood Pilates is by far the best studio I have attended. The trainers are all excellent, very knowledgeable and professional.
I used to hate exercising but now I look forward to my workout sessions.
The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and really focus on what you need to become fit. It is a friendly and pleasant atmosphere with a great variety of Pilates equipment available. After a serious injury I have made great strides since starting classes here. I highly recommend the Pilates Bodyshop.
I was looking for an experienced professional massage therapist. I chose Kathleen because of all of the great reviews she has. I got a deep tissue massage, and was impressed with her strength. I left feeling very relaxed and free from pain. Kathleen is a very caring person and I could tell she cared about my wellbeing. I will definitely be returning there!

I’ve had severe shoulder pain for over 9 months. After a few treatments, my constant pain has gone from a 4-5 to a 0-2, the shooting pains are gone, and the referred nerve pain down my arm is gone. Dr. Snohomish knew exactly what to do for my injury based on my pain & answers to simple questions. He suggested easy exercises to keep mobility & decrease pain. I’ve been able to sleep without pain for the first time in months. I am beyond grateful.

Olas Wellness is my heaven on earth! April has an incredible oasis for one on one, private treatments for her clients. She expertly guided me through post operative plastic surgery healing. She incorporates many different modalities in her treatments from massage, red light, ultrasound, and even has an infrared sauna for her clients. Frequent lymphatic massages after my cosmetic surgery (liposuction) prevented a single scar tissue from forming. I have now moved onto ultrasound cavitation for body contouring and reduces fat. My arms are so much slimmer now and I had no idea this treatment existed before meeting April. Olas is relaxing, priced very reasonably and did I say PRIVATE? Highly recommend

I have incredibly tight, concrete-like muscles that require a jackhammer to break through.
I have no idea how such a tiny woman can muster the Herculean strength that she has.
She dug in deep with her hands and elbows; she also used this strange heated, vibrating stick thing and this intense metal scraping thing, she did cupping (which I always thought was BS but today I learned that it is 100% legit), and she stuck her fingers in my mouth to release jaw tension I never knew I had. It was all very weird and wonderful. It hurt a lot but a good hurt that lets you know it’s working.
I felt completely torn apart and then put back together in the right way.
This is body fixing, this is soul correcting.
She got into parts of me that I didn’t know existed.
I spied her Instagram and learned she is also a UC trained medical professional, which explains a lot. But she’s not all clinical. There’s a little woo woo to it too; but it’s like practical woo, medicinal woo. My kind of woo woo. There’s a familial, motherly, medicine woman vibe happening.
And while this was my first visit with her, it felt like she knew my body from the get. She sourced the cause of my pain immediately and got to work.
I walked out and felt no pain in my traps and rhomboids for the first time in a very long while.
It was $300 for 1 hour. And I booked my next session for 90 mins before I left.
While not inexpensive, I’d rather see her again, perhaps less frequently—than see any other massage therapist 10 times over.
You can definitely find cheaper but there is no way you will find better.

I was referred to Larchmont PT after an accident that left me with concerns about my recovery and mobility, and I’m so glad I was. I worked with Jasper Chong, who was thorough in evaluating my injury for an appropriate course of treatment, taught me how to condition weaker areas to return to my sports and active lifestyle stronger, and patiently coached and challenged me through exercises in every session. I really appreciated that after each visit, Jasper added demos of the exercises we worked on to an app for me to access on my own time. With my injury nearly fully healed, I “graduated” from PT feeling equipped to continue the mobility and strengthening programs we started. Highly recommend Jasper and his really kind team, and will definitely be returning for all of my PT needs.

I am so pleased with the quality of the therapists at Evolution in Playa Vista. Their knowledge of how to help clients get the best results is wonderful. However management/owners do not keep the facility clean. To expect the professional staff to do the cleaning is really out of line and shows a certain lack of respect for their employees. That's what cleaning companies are for Would management/owners be willing to clean themselves?

I started working with her right after a knee surgery, just hoping to get strong enough to kitesurf again. She totally got it, built a plan that made sense, pushed me when I needed it, and genuinely cared the whole way through.
Now I’m in Dakhla, kitesurfing every day (finally!) and my knee is holding up great. Honestly wouldn’t be here without her help.

Lotus PT is the best! I can't say enough good things about this place. When I first went to Lotus I could hardly walk from a bad knee injury. The amazing staff ( Owen,Charlie,and Christine and Arianne) were incredibly helpful,patient and encouraging in improving my range of motion and building up the strength in my legs. It's nothing short of a miracle that I'm back on the hiking trail as if the the injury never happened.

Mario is a seasoned physical therapist. He is among the best PTs I have ever been to. He helped me with my weak knee.
I had never done physiotherapy and didn't know what to expect. I had a bad fall that resulted in a cracked femur and shattered foot.
I chose MOTI in Highland Park, CA because of it's excellent rating & close location. It turned out to be an excellent decision. It is a very attractive facility. The staff is so knowledgeable & helpful. Most of the time I met with Michael Yip. He set up a program of exercises to strengthen my femur & foot. He even worked on remolding my foot, which needed to be reshaped after the fall. I can't say enough good things about MOTI and all of it's staff. I would 100% recommend them to everyone!

I started seeing Shaun at Golden Mean Acupuncture in Echo Park to treat pain and insomnia, approaching acupuncture as a final attempt after trying various treatments over the years with little success. I wasn’t sure it would work, but I was open to giving it a try.

I have been battling a kidney problem for most of my life it seems. I’ve truly tried everything. I’ve had a consistent meditation & qigong routine, I follow a meal plan, I emphasize sleep, I exercise, etc. I have tried it all and yes there has been improvements over the years but nothing as rapid and as transformational as the Acupuncture, Herbs, & Cupping I have been receiving from Dr. Tan at Art of Wellness.

Nirada is awesome! I developed some post-viral illness issues (possibly Long COVID), and Nirada has been able to utilize acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping to help me get my life back each time I have a flare-up. She is very knowledgeable about the therapies she uses. During my initial visit, she was very comprehensive in her intake, spending plenty of time with me, asking questions about the health issues I was struggling with. She spent more time with me and sought to understand what I was going through more than any doctor has over the last few years. This was also my first time doing acupuncture / moxibustion / cupping, and Nirada made sure I felt comfortable throughout each of the experiences. Some of the issues she's helped me with: PEM (post exertional malaise), muscle weakness / muscle energy issues, shortness of breath, heart palpitations & chest discomfort, improved blood flow / oxygenation throughout my body, joint aches & stiffness, light sensitivity... the list goes on and on. Her work took me from not being able to do chores around the house or go on walks with my dog to being able to full, HIIT workouts and complete a full day of running errands again. Highly recommend!

It was serendipitous to meet Charles and his great healing work. I have been experiencing eczema for almost a year year now and have tried almost every natural and allopathic medicine and it was only just getting worse. After seeing Charles for just one session, there was great noticeable improvement in the eczema in both how it looked and its torturous itching. We then booked a second session and that session further solidified Charles' work and I feel even better. Charles also gave so much additional information for healing (he recommended to take notes for it all) that makes me feel more confident I will be further healed as I travel back home. Charles is also an all-around great person and I am very happy we met and will stay in touch.

Johnson jr. was my main instructor during the lessons. He was always calm, patient, and really helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. He explained everything in a way that made sense, corrected my mistakes without making me feel nervous, and gave helpful tips that stuck with me.
On the day of my driving test, Jannette was the one who took me. She helped ease my nerves and kept me calm the whole time. She reassured me about the rules and reminded me of all the key points to focus on before the test. Her encouragement really made a difference, and I’m so grateful for her support.

I had Maro as my instructor and she was very nice. My previous instructor was more rigid in his teaching style and although I did learn under his guidance it made me feel uneasy about driving. Maro was a lot more relaxed and we went through the test routes over and over again, we also drive at different places until I feel much more comfortable behind the wheel, I feel like our two hour lesson usually went by pretty quickly. When I was nervous about the test she also said encouraging things to lighten my heart. I pass my driving test today and I am grateful to Maro!
I hadn’t driven in over 20 years (완전 장농면허였어요), so I was super nervous about getting back on the road in the U.S. Mr. Yoon was so patient and encouraging, and really helped me gain confidence. He explained things in a way that was easy for a beginner (초보자 입장에서 정말 이해하기 쉬웠어요). Highly recommend him to anyone who’s nervous or starting fresh!

I had such a great experience with Abel Driving School! Especially with Miguel, my instructor. I came from the UK having not driven in 9 years, and having learnt on the other side of the road. Miguel built up my confidence, his teaching style was excellent, and I passed my test first time!
I'm 16 and I just passed my driving test with the amazing help of Donna! She was so patient, kind, and incredibly sweet. I was a nervous wreck behind the wheel at first but Donna helped me drive safely and confidently. I am so grateful for Donna and Route 66 I truly couldn't have done it without them.
Nivia was easy to communicate with, has a calm and patient demeanor, and always showed up as expected. I'm so grateful for her help getting our daughter road ready!
Finished up Level 2 yesterday with California Superbike School (CSS) at New Jersey Motorsport Park.
Once again, the entire team at CSS did an amazing job! From the education to the bikes, the gear, food and logistics it was a total success. We invited twelve customers from our dealership (Bob’s Motorcycles in Jessup MD) to join us.
We were in great hands with CSS and everyone had a good time at the track advancing their skills.

If I could give 10 's i would the receptionist is amazing she is professional thoughtful and will find a way. My 16 yr old has dyslexia and they accommodated her needs and was very patient. Now first let me tell you I called every place where I live in LA they either don't speak English enough to communicate or to lazy to drive to your house but still want full money these places near my home were way cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. So I called Community Driving school in Whittier and they drove to my home in L.A. I'm not gonna lie they cost a bit more but you get what you pay for and as parents we want a company we can trust with our kids. The instructor is amazing my daughter said he was very informative and instructions were easy and helpful on all aspects of driving.At the end he communicated with my husband and I on what she needed to work on, at the same time very encouraging on her strengths.They also took her to take her driving test. Save your child stress come here.. UPDATE!! My daughter passed her Driving Test on the first try with Community Driving School. She set a goal for Driving by 16yrs old when she was 7years old. They helped her execute it. They are amazing!!
