Terrible.. service requested but tech not in.. and they scheduled for next week .. day before appointment they called and rescheduled again for 8 days later ! Called and emailed manager to return my call twice ... still no response.. terrible service unfortunately after spending a fortune on this flooring .. much better options available at fraction of cost !
We have RM flooring in a home we purchased and needed more for a project. The flooring is 20 years old and extremely hard to find. Joann went above and beyond to find it for us and we are so happy. She was very responsive and helpful and knowledgeable. It took less time to arrive than planned too which is a plus!
