Avenir is one of the best pilates studios . I've been coming here for few month's and it has been truly life changing. The instructors are highly skilled, creative and super supportive, the staff is always helpful and lovely. The classes are great and i love the music and the lights. I started taking classes at Avenir 6 months ago and truly love this place. I have a low back injury and my spine doctor has commented on how much stronger I am and how much more movement I have since taking their Pilates classes. Almost all of the instructors I’ve taken class with are very mindful of ensuring you’re in the right position to avoid injury and give clear instruction. I had only taken a couple of reformer classes in the past when I started and they were very welcoming and open-armed to newcomers.
