I cannot recommend Sunset Plumbers highly enough! They recently replaced an entire set of damaged clay pipes at my property with new, efficient pipes. From start to finish, their service was exceptional.Their team ( Victor, Miguel, and Jim) was not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also courteous and professional. We had contacted Sunset West for a secondary opinion for a kitchen sink issue that we were told would require a more intense remedy. Jay and Miguel came out and fixed the problem for us within the hour. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous of our home. They will absolutely be our first call going forward.
On-Time, Professional, Reasonable, Courteous - I received an alert from my Flume device that monitors water flow into our house. Turns out we had a slow but constant leak coming from a toilet angle stop value in our guest bath. I shut off the valve and decided against my DIY instincts and called Sunset West Plumbing. Called on Monday and had the job completed on Wednesday. Appointment was for the 12pm to 2pm window - I think it was Dave (sorry if I got the name wrong) called me at 11:15am to confirm the appointment and discuss needed parts.
