Mike was amazing! My couch had heavy buildup from cats, dogs, kids, and a lot of drink spills, and the armrests were so dark we thought it was just permanent wear. He was able to lift those stains and deep clean the upholstery so the couch looked fresh again, aside from the old cat scratches. I really wish I had taken before and after pictures because the results were that impressive. He also went above and beyond the upholstery cleaning I scheduled and cleaned my sofa chair, ottoman, and carpet too. That was incredibly generous and thoughtful. Great service. I needed fast carpet cleaning before putting my house on the market, and I suddenly noticed a couple of bedroom carpets still needed attention before the open house and scheduled showings. I called Frank's Carpet Care, explained the short timeline, and Francis let me know the schedule was very full but he would do his best to fit me in around other nearby appointments in Culver City. The next morning, he called back with an opening for the following day, which was a huge relief.
