We had an excellent experience with Frank's Carpet Care. They got us scheduled fast when we first called, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of the carpet cleaning. Ricky and Mike were professional, friendly, and explained the whole cleaning process in simple terms. We had a few stubborn pet stains and odor spots that we could not remove on our own, and they used spot treatment and deep extraction to work on those areas more than once until the carpet looked and smelled much better. Carson did an amazing job cleaning the carpets at our rental home before move-out in Culver City. We have two pets, so there were plenty of tracked-in dirt spots and heavy wear in the high-traffic areas. The carpet cleaning results were outstanding, and the before-and-after difference was incredible. The carpet looks fresh, bright, and almost like new again. The whole team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and the service made the place feel much cleaner and ready for inspection. If you need reliable carpet cleaning, pet stain treatment, and a deep clean that really brings carpet fibers back to life, this is a great choice.

This was my first time having my carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned, and I keep showing the before-and-after photos to my friends and family. Frank's Carpet Care had to move my first appointment, but Francis kept me updated with great communication and got me booked again quickly the following week. Kaleb and Mike did an amazing deep carpet cleaning and made my rug and couch look like new again. The whole house feels fresh, clean, and much more comfortable, and my kids were so excited to see the super clean rooms. I will definitely use them again.
