To call Dr. Shep a chiropractor is a bit misleading. I don't trust or like chiropractors. Dr. Shep is a brilliant pain management doctor. He is more knowledgeable about body mechanics than most orthopedists I have seen. He is patient and answers all your questions and is genuinely a kind human being. The first time I saw him, he fixed me up so well that I no longer had to go. Then I had a bad car accident and he is working his magic once again. I am grateful to have found him.
From my initial contact with Doreen through my arrival for the appointment, I was impressed by how cheerful, welcoming and helpful everyone was. Doreen, especially, was a friendly voice on the phone and responded quickly to my emails, questions, and concerns.
Although it became apparent during my session with Dr. Sheps that I might need a different type of support than he offers, he was generous with his time and provided thoughtful suggestions for steps I could take on my own.
