We've always been treated excellently at Mohawk Alley, even when the reasons we've had to go there haven't been the best. Our dog has always had the best care, and when the time came to let our cat go we were supported and cared for in the most beautiful way. Kind staff, easy to make appointments
We found this place during the pandemic when we got a puppy. They had rave reviews and we lived in DTLA at the time, so they were close by, and we decided to give them a try. Boy were we floored by how good they are.Not only do they respond to all of your emailed questions, they also give you pages and pages of personalized information and details concerning your pet. I have never felt this taken care of by any kind of medical professional, let alone a veterinarian. Dr. Chau and her staff are excellent!My dog is being treated for a ruptured disc with acupuncture and physical therapy. Dr. Chau has also communicated seamlessly with a neurologist at a different facility. Everyone is so caring and supportive while also super efficient!
