Stephen visited my rental property, a duplex, and attended to both units. He called after he reviewed everything I had asked about. He was thorough, informative, communicative and timely with all the information provided on his call with me. I felt like I was in very capable hands and would really like to have Stephen perform the repairs and be a main contact for future work!Thank you!Update: Upon job completion.I was unaware that a tech would be performing the service and that Stephen, the electrician that reviewed the work to be done & provided all relevant information to the tech, would not be on the job site during the actual job. They were able to fix a problem that our last electrician couldn't figure out and left us hanging. They got the parts for the job and fixed it today well done. Luis Figueroa had diagnosed a problem on his visit Thursday and had given us a estimate and Miguel and crew fixed it today. All were polite and professional. Update: Pat was awesome, but one thing to point out was that I never received the estimate via email. They just showed me a paragraph of stuff. I felt a bit gouged in the end…because they only replaced 2 breakers and 6 outlets and it was over $2900. They need to a bit cleared on providing estimates and communicating while completing the service. But they were on time and super clean workers!Pat from Powell was awesome. He found the issue so quickly and kindly showed me everything, and explained everything super clearly. He was super knowledgeable and kind. Powell electric saved the day!
