Pilates has been wonderful for me! Two years ago, I had a double lung transplant and the workouts have done wonders for me in terms of gaining strength and stamina. In the beginning, the instructors helped by tailoring the exercises to my needs and abilities. I now attend twice a week and have seen a huge gains.

I’ve been at Club Pilates over two years now- I love the instructors and the variety of people coming to class. The instructors really challenge us, they correct form and teach us the importance of breath work and core activity, I love the results and definition in my core that I’ve never had before! 250 classes here I come!

932 classes since I joined right after it opened post-Covid. Pros - convenience especially parking, close to my home, variety in classes in same level due to different instructors, lovely staff. Cons - restroom often out of order, fire alarm goes off often, parking convenient but stinks, parking system glitchy.
