I had an amazing experience here. The front desk staff was very helpful at getting an urgent appointment, and the way they treated my cat was beyond AMAZING. I saw Dr Benitez and Emilio and they were both awesome. They were so comforting, and they explained everything in great detail which helped me understand. There were bird feeders for him to watch, cat scratchers and feliway, the room definitely helped him feel at home. So so happy I found this place.
the tech, carol, and dr schubach were so very sensitive to my nervousness and especially my timid and reactive dog. the entire practice was comfortable and gave brutus all the time he needed to relax. suggestions were made and explained without any pressure to decide right away. Carol, our tech, was unhurried in manner while still focusing on moving forward with care. We are happy with the staff and services at PAWS. Dr. Aronson is a very knowledgeable vet with a great ability to bond with our dog, Finnegan. The Doc is an out of the box thinker and has been right on target in helping us with our sweet 14 1/2 year old boy- who is having some normal aging problems and also has mitral valve heart disorder. He has put on weight since he started going to PAWS and is perkier and more comfortable than he had been. My dog also has allergies and Dr Aronson is an expert with tons of great information and treatment suggestions.
