“Rebecca took both our new puppies for her 3 week dog boarding and training. We could not have asked for a better experience, especially sending 15 week Pups off to someone else. The communication was excellent, she sent updates pictures and videos. She got to know us and what our priorities were and then she spent time getting to know the pups and specializing the training. They both got all the concepts. You could tell they felt secure and safe. I felt comfortable knowing they were being trained in a home and not a kennel.
We wrapped the 3 weeks up with a people training to continue the work. It was helpful and informative.
We plan to continue training with her in classes.

“Boarded one of my cats here for a full workday because my apartment was getting a pest control treatment. While this location was more expensive than using something like Rover, the level of attention given to your pet here is unmatched and I felt like my cat was 100% safe in their care (probably even safer than at home with me if we're being honest!). The staff is helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about pets; you can tell they take their job very seriously. I would definitely recommend this boarding facility to anyone with a special needs cat or a senior cat.“

“As a first time puppy owner this store is a life saver, their employees were extremely helpful they all have a great wealth of knowledge, friendly, courteous and went above and beyond for my puppy Sativa. One time when i went in to get her a martingale collar one of there employees helped size her for the collar and get the collar on her,i felt bad for him my puppy was nipping at his hands pretty much throughout but he maintained a calm and relaxed state while he got the collar on her. The last time i went she had an accident right after i was getting advice about preventing her from eating rocks i apologized and the employee helping me immediately reassured me it was ok and cleaned it up. Im terrible with names but im sure ill b back there soon and will update this review.“

“The ONLY part that I have always been displeased with is you are not taken in by the time of your appointment but by who is next in line. What is the point of an appointment? People were taken in that had appointments after me.“
