“Rebecca took both our new puppies for her 3 week dog boarding and training. We could not have asked for a better experience, especially sending 15 week Pups off to someone else. The communication was excellent, she sent updates pictures and videos. She got to know us and what our priorities were and then she spent time getting to know the pups and specializing the training. They both got all the concepts. You could tell they felt secure and safe. I felt comfortable knowing they were being trained in a home and not a kennel.
We wrapped the 3 weeks up with a people training to continue the work. It was helpful and informative.
We plan to continue training with her in classes.

Our Alastair is a rescue with dark nails, and I'm sure he's been hurt in nail trims. He is a sweetheart for most things, but he is FREAKED OUT if anyone tries to touch his feet. Even us, holding beef jerky. I was so worried I forgot to confirm the name of the person who came out to meet us, but I think it was Christina. She straight snuck up on him with the most incredible energy. He didn't even notice the back feet. She is a magical human and I cannot say enough good things. I'm so impressed and grateful. I got home and texted people the recommendation.

“Boarded one of my cats here for a full workday because my apartment was getting a pest control treatment. While this location was more expensive than using something like Rover, the level of attention given to your pet here is unmatched and I felt like my cat was 100% safe in their care (probably even safer than at home with me if we're being honest!). The staff is helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about pets; you can tell they take their job very seriously. I would definitely recommend this boarding facility to anyone with a special needs cat or a senior cat.“

“I have several pets and have been a regular customer for almost 10 yrs. At the Wetmore store Rio has done an amazing job getting the cages clean and safe for all the animals!
Before I was so sad when I saw how dirty things were. Even rust in the expensive bird cages. I tell those who wish to give these precious animals a good home to please get them only from Rio at Wetmore.
He loves them all and takes awesome care of them.“
