Dan has serviced my washer before and I was really hoping that he would return on this date. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I trust his ability to resolve the issue. I hope I don’t have any more problems but if I do, it is Dan who I definitely want to have sent. Highly recommended!

He told us it would be very expensive to buy a pump for our 10 year old dishwasher, so we thanked him and went out and bought a new one for very little more than the pump replacement would have cost.

Couldn’t determine why the water didn’t run when the filter was pulled. Not his lack of effort but his info didn’t show a valve that prevented water to flow when filter was out. He did determines that the evaporator did not need replacing. The drain problem allowed water to build up as ice in bottom of freezer. I will watch daily for ice buildup in freezer floor. This was an extended warranty repair which I have paid for every year since purchasing.
