I’m 2009 I broke my ankle badly falling from a tree and in 2023 I finally found a treatment that significantly reduces the pain in my ankle that typically occurs after strenuous activity. Somehow, the Graston method of gently scraping at the soft tissue was the key to feeling better- and I could barely believe the improvement after only 3 treatments. Dr. Cook is also very pleasant to chat with during our short sessions and made me feel very comfortable in her office. Thank you!“
