“After one of the “big guys” quote something like $2,500 to recharge my coolant and replace the fan motor, I called Mission, who sent Scott to my home. Scott inspected the unit and told me it needed 2 pounds of coolant and the fan did not need to be replaced and still had some life in it. I was charged $257, only the necessary work was done and Scott didn’t attempt to upsell me on a “service plan”. When I asked him about the possibility of replacing my AC possibly with a mini-split, he explained that system to me, without talking down to me and without quoting an outrageous price and trying to scare me into getting it. I am thoroughly pleased.“
