“We had a new heating and AC unit installed along with a new thermostat. Marat, Ian and Hoss did a fantastic job. They came as scheduled, removed all of the old equipment, installed the new and cleaned up when they were finished. Our air is frigid and running extremely well. The unit is so quiet you don't even hear it running. I wasn't sure it was on so my husband went outside and into the garage to make sure the units were running and they were and both were so quiet compared to the old ones they removed. I highly recommend Alltech Solutions, Inc. for your heating and air conditioning needs. Very nice young men, polite and took care of business and achieved what they came to do. We are very satisfied customers and looking forward to lower electric bills from here on out!!“

Luis immediately made contact, when I reached out through Thumbtack...He was willing to respond again, after Home Depot failed to show up. I would add both "Value" and "Punctuality" to the items above. My Samsung dryer required a new heating element, and his work was outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions, with courtesy and respect. I was so grateful that the Home Depot folks did not show up, as Luis is an exemplary model of Repair Technicians in his field.
