“When we unexpectedly lost power at our home late on a weekend evening in the middle of July, with temperatures around 110 degrees, it was a stressful situation. Without electricity, we had no air conditioning, so getting the power back on quickly was incredibly important.
Garret answered my call right away and made sure we were taken care of as soon as possible. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything every step of the way. He diagnosed the problem, repaired our home’s breaker, and had our power restored quickly.
Garret was friendly, knowledgeable, and charged a fair price without taking advantage of an emergency situation. It’s rare to find someone with that level of integrity and craftsmanship.
I can’t thank Garret enough for getting our home’s breaker fixed and our air conditioning running again. He turned an incredibly stressful night into a positive experience. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable electrician who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Garret at Plugged In Electric.”
