Gypsy was very timid but growled all the time. She is a rescues with a bad history. However, my husband and I fell in love with her and a forever home she found. We have worked with her and found she can have an aggressive streak.We took her to Pet Smart for grooming a few times until the last person to do her said we had to sedate her. Not HAPPENING! Lucinda accepted her and what an amazing experience we had. She not only did not see the need to sedate her; Lucinda never needed a muzzle. Happy parents are we! Gypsy was done in about a hour and a half, came out looking fabulous and was obviously not under any stress. We can not thank Lucinda enough for her kind and compassionate...read full review

Lucinda greeted me with a very friendly smile, and did wonders for getting the matts out of my cats fur. He went from looking like he had big ole scales to being nice and fluffy again, and smelling slightly of lemon (my cat is a walking air-freshener now haha)will definitely be coming here again!
