Customers often mention the friendly, courteous, and professional attitude of the staff, including the owner and veteran technicians who explain everything clearly. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the office personnel treat clients with respect, talking to them rather than down to them. With a strong focus on open communication and quality service, Burnett Exterminating is highly recommended for all pest control needs.
I got a confusing and expensive quote for a termite treatment from a different pest control company first so I looked around for a second opinion and found Burnett Exterminating online. James (/Jamie?) came by for an estimate and found the termite damage was old, which I had already had treated almost a decade ago, and there were no signs of new activity. He saved me thousands on a termite treatment I didn’t need along with the other pest treatments the first company was trying to upsell me. I really appreciate the honesty! I’ll definitely be coming back to Burnett Exterminating the next time I have pest control needs.

Burnett Exterminating is THE BEST exterminating company ever! We used two other companies and we came across an issue with pack rats who had caused a lot of damage to our water pipes! They came out to our house in short notice and inspected our home and placed traps and removed the culprit as well as finding snake skin and advised us on what to do to deter any further activity. We have been working with them since 2021 I believe and we are very happy with them. Professional service and they have immense integrity.
