“I found a local plumbing company through an online search when I was dealing with a stressful kitchen drain problem at home. What started as a slow drain under the kitchen sink turned into a bad backup, with water collecting inside the cabinet, the garbage disposal making gurgling sounds, and a strong sewer odor coming up whenever we used the faucet. At first I thought it might just be a simple P-trap clog, but the issue was farther down in the drain line. They scheduled service faster than I expected, which was a huge relief. Edwin arrived and carefully checked the shutoff valve area, looked over the trap assembly, and ran a drain auger through the kitchen line. He explained that a heavy grease blockage had built up inside the pipe and also found a small leak at one of the slip joint connections. He cleared the clog, replaced the worn fitting, tightened everything up, tested the flow, and flushed the line until the sink was draining properly again. He also made sure the backup had not affected any nearby plumbing fixtures. What I liked most was how easy the whole visit felt. Edwin explained everything in plain language without overcomplicating it, but he still sounded knowledgeable and professional. He showed me what was causing the blockage, pointed out why the drain kept backing up, and gave a few helpful tips on keeping grease and food waste out of the line to help prevent future clogs. By the time the work was done, the sink was draining the way it should, the bubbling noises were gone, the smell had disappeared, and there was no more water sitting under the cabinet. I started out overwhelmed, but by the end I felt completely relieved. A kitchen plumbing problem can throw off your whole day, so I really appreciated how smoothly they handled everything from diagnosis to repair.”
