“I had an amazing experience here. The front desk staff was very helpful at getting an urgent appointment, and the way they treated my cat was beyond AMAZING. I saw Dr Benitez and Emilio and they were both awesome. They were so comforting, and they explained everything in great detail which helped me understand. There were bird feeders for him to watch, cat scratchers and feliway, the room definitely helped him feel at home. So so happy I found this place.”
“Very sweet and caring staff! They did their best to help my pet feel as comfortable as possible during our visit. Unfortunately, they were dealing with an emergency, and by the time the vet was available, my pet had become too anxious to continue. Even with everything they had going on, the team remained kind, patient, and compassionate. Emergencies happen, and I truly appreciate the care they gave both the emergency patient and my pet. I'm confident it would have been a smoother visit for us otherwise. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if my pet weren't so anxious outside of his home environment, would absolutely recommend giving them a try.”
“My pups enjoyed the visit, everybody was great with them, the blind one was at ease and the loud one who does not like strangers was all bark and lots of tail wagging. I belive it was the treats. The service is top notch!”
