“Came in today with my Samsung Galaxy A14 5G thinking my charging port was dead, The tech (didnt get name but he was wearing a Goodrich shirt) plugged it in and found that it was infact working. The Tech went above and beyond to help me figure out why it wasn't charging. Turns out it was likely just my Cables/Box and a little internal dirt that cause the short/disconnect in charging.
