Customers have praised Floor Pride for their excellent communication, quick response to inquiries, and commitment to addressing any issues that may arise. The reviews highlight the company's craftsmanship, with well-cut tiles, straight lines, and well-laid grout, resulting in a long-lasting and visually appealing installation. Louie and his crew were honest, polite, and reasonable, and did a fabulous job laying giant, 2’x6’ tile floors. They started the project on time and finished as they promised, on time everyday, and left only after making sure the work areas were clean and organized. They are great installers and terrific people. Floor Pride with Louis Aldrich and his tile person/artist Alfredo did an incredible job.
Louis Aldrich came to look at patio tiling project. His advice was excellent and the bid was very reasonable. I didn't end up using Floor Pride for the project, but I'm very confident that if I had, the work would have been great. It may seem odd to recommend Louis, even though he didn't do the job for me, but I know that I wouldn't hesitate to use him for any future project.
Lou and his team tore out and replaced about 500 sq ft. Quality work, courteous employees, and a price that made sense! They were able to save our baseboards (saving cost) and were honest about the cost of several options we were considering. His team worked full days and really knocked out the job!
My wife and I worked with Louis and his crew because of a recommendation from our realtor. We got a bid for some flooring replacement as well as some kitchen tile work. The bid came in with in our budget and Louis and his staff were at our home with in a week getting our projects completed. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and kept us up to date as the project(s) were completed. They even completed small drywall tasks that were needed to be done but wasn't in the bid.
We are very very happy with Floor Prides work and will definitely be using them again.
