And wow - I couldn't have been more impressed by Maria (not me, the stylist). She didn't make me feel weird about the bad cut/color. She was a shocking dedicated passionate professional that wanted to work with me, to listen to me, to make the hair cut a collective project to a goal that would delight me.

That part I am not exaggerating. She cares, A LOT. About making sure that when you walk out of there, you feel delighted, beautiful, and armed with the knowledge to continue feeling that way once you are on your own.
