I used to just go to an acute chiropractor when I was in pain and needed an adjustment. And that was fine, but the pain never went away. It was just modified for a short time. Geof at Vitality Chiropractor takes a more holistic approach. Geof Recommended a package set of appointments where I would come twice a week for a set period of time and then switch to maintenance once the issues were more fully addressed. I can truthfully say this is the best I have felt after taking his advice. Now he does the adjustment still on a regular basis, AND he continues to offer suggestions and exercises to maintain my current level of movement.
I definitely recommend this practice.
I injured my lower back about 3 years ago. I did nothing during the time and it got worse. I went to a different Dr. first but I didn't like it. Luckily my husband found Vitality and I tried it out! Guess how I know it's better? I stop complaining about my lower back! Dr. Huls is very kind and friendly and wonderful!! I definitely recommend him!
To, early to write a review only had one treatment . But the office staff was very personable and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and what to expect .
