We're full-time RV'ers and work from "home" full-time. Our work involves video editing but we can't use WiFi for data transfer because of monthly data limits. He designed our Local Area Network (LAN) and showed me how to use it from the ground up. Not normally a terribly complex problem, but when using Verizon Hotspots for internet, it's quirky, and his knowledge was invaluable.Further, his patience and willingness to ensure user understanding is golden. This time, I had to have someone cometo my home office, during the peaking of Covid in Arizona. “After being so frustrated with so many failed calls and unknowledgable sources over the last week, I FINALLY today talked with Brandon! He knows what a Palm Z22 is. Yes, he knows that it is ancient, that it isn't made anymore. That's not my problem. I love these little Palms. I have all of my information in them, and when mine stopped working, it changed my world. All of my passwords are in my Palm; my addresses, my phone numbers. I don't know when anyone was born without my Palm. So, Brandon has a game plan of how he will approach mending my Palm and restoring my information. I do believe he is going to be able to do this! At least he listened, he didn't hang up, or laugh at me, and he has some great ideas about how he's going to proceed. Next step, appointment!!!“
