This place is amazing! I had a cleaning yesterday and had to have a cavity filled today. Both appointments went super smooth and I didn’t have to wait to be seen at all. Everyone was so kind and fun to talk to! Dr. Picard was super great at explaining what was happening during my filling and made me feel super comfortable.
I had an amazing experience establishing care with Dr. Hicks. There’s something so special about a strong woman team, I felt cared for and heard (having my teeth cleaned is my least favorite health maintenance care) by every person the moment I walked through the door. My hygienist was extremely thorough with my teeth cleaning, easing me through the sensitive spots with steady hands and giving me breaks as needed. Seven years ago in September, I was seated in Dr. Hick’s exam room about to get a “partial denture retainer”—known to me only as a “bridge.” Looking out the window at a small trickling fountain, magenta blooming vines and spotting a bird without cares, in bounced “Katie” Hicks with a cheerful greeting! She set right to work, explaining the entire procedure and referring to amazingly futuristic-looking visual images of my entire collection of assorted teeth, each with its own historic adventures.
