“Charles and his coworker were AWESOME. They represented Arizona Window and Doors with True Professionalism. They showed up on time and Charles explained their process and started their work, removing Window blinds using care as the coworker started unloaded the replacement
window and positioning each window outside near the room being replaced. Once blinds were removed they started removing the old windows and installing mounting each windows. Their knowledge and teamwork got all windows including the bathroom window installed, leveled, mounted and set with foam curing all windows mounted in one day except the patio door as they had said. They cleaned the areas and loaded old windows. Day 2, Charles called and arrived on time as he stated and began work installing the window's inside molding and they unloaded and positioned the patio door. They removed the old patio door and installed, set and leveled the new patio door and continue installing windows molding while the patio door foam cured. Once all window's molding was complete the coworker started picking up molding scraps and vacuum each room after installing the blinds. Charles installed the patio door molding as his coworker removed windows film. Once patio door was complete Charles did a walk through with us demonstrating the windows operation and care. Charles talked us through the operation and care for patio door and it's security design features as coworker removed the door windows film e removed and patio blinds was installed.
