Windows Installation in Tucson

“FINAL UPDATE
They stuck with the 9/18 installation and did a great job. Ended up being only a couple weeks after the initial promised installation date.

UPDATE 8/25: Installation has been moved up to September 18.

Installation lead time for our glass slider nearly doubled! Measurements were taken July 11th with a promised installation 6-8 weeks out (Aug 22- Sept 5). Called for an update last week and now the target date is Oct. 8th due to in-house issues, not the manufacturer. I will be fair and update this review if things change for the better.“

David came out and honestly told me that I only needed a relatively easy minor repair and that I didn't need new windows. David explained in detail how to implement the fix with new screws and caulking. I am very grateful for his honesty. A rare find these days!!“

“Tucson Window and Door is everything it's hyped to be. Dakota and Gage arrived on time everyday and proceeded to work diligently. They were polite, explained exactly what they were going to do did there work with the minimum amount of disturbance of our day. After they were done they cleaned up after themselves. On the second day we explained to Dakota that one of the windows was giving us a problem and he was able to repair it right then. They continued to do thier work installing the rest of the windows and when they finished we all went around and inspected everything. Dakota even gave us a tutorial on how to operate the windows. As a retired licensed contractor I would have hired the two guys myself and my wife and I are very pleased with the work they did.
