I had the good fortune to meet Foster Plumbing while at a friends house. They were installing a hot water heater. After they had left, I inspected the work and found it to be pure craftsmanship. I could tell right away that this was no ordinary plumbing company. The techs put a lot of thinking into the project. The copper piping and flex tubing was immaculately configured and so well thought out. It was completely intuitive and a work of art.

Since that time, I have used them many times at our residence in Tucson. I think that one of the things that separates Foster Plumbing from other companies is not only their high standards, honesty, work ethic and attention to detail… But their customer service. The office staff is incredibly friendly, and I really appreciate that I’m not talking to some AI bot. An actual person answers the phone. Now in my book that’s refreshing. I’m so sick and tired of all this AI automation of scheduling, robocall-like call backs, impersonal/sterile communication… all in the name of saving money and making a business more efficient/profitable. etc.. This robotic nonsense usually makes doing business these day such an unpleasant experience. I’ll do business any day with a company that values customer service and satisfaction over the pure use of technology. That’s what’s so phenomenal about Foster Plumbing. Their front office prides themselves on direct customer contact … and boy, they sure do a bang-up job. Additionally they are so trustworthy, so much so, that I’ve left our house completely open for them to do their thing while I run errands. I never thought twice, or was ever concerned about leaving our place unoccupied while they worked alone.

I’ve used other plumbers in Tucson over the past 13 years, and none have come close to Foster’s precision work and outstanding reputation.

If you want the best, there’s only one company I’d use, and that’s Foster Plumbing. If you experience anything like I have over the years of using them, you will be beyond satisfied.“
