“Catalina In-Home Services provided a caregiver 24 hours a day 7 days a week for my aunt who just passed away at age 101. I live in the midwest and would visit my aunt 3 or 4 times a year. LPN Lauren Soto in particular was great about keeping me informed about my aunt's care and needs. When it was clear that my aunt was approaching death, Lauren let me know that my aunt's family had about a 2 week window to see her if we wanted to have meaningful conversations with her. It all worked out for us to see her one last time. My aunt also appreciated Lauren's help and attention very much.”

“I highly recommend Synergy for care of your person with dementia. I have had two wonderful caregivers, Jill Trossman and Lorrie Crim, helping me with my husband for several years. Both have been unfailing in their reliability, compassion, attention to his needs, and support of me in this difficult journey. Jill discovered that he loves Peter, Paul and Mary videos, and they do sing alongs. Lorri makes him laugh. Both are sensitive to his needs. And as for Synergy itself, the office staff are wonderful--quick to help me add extra hours, notifying me promptly if there is a glitch in the schedule, and always polite and cheerful. A great organization and great staff.”
