Wanted to say how great our experiences have been with this company. We've used them a couple of times. Our technician was Louie. Very professional and laid back. He'll do what you ask and do it right. And if you ask questions, He'll tell you his best advice based on his knowledge and experience. But i never felt pressured or like something was being pushed that wasn't needed. My go-to company

Our electricity failed, July 29th: humidity, heat. Switching breakers did nothing. Phoned JMAC. Call service agents were friendly and knowledgable. Besides engaging us in useful diagnoses, they provided detailed and up-front costs, making sure we understood in advance, before sending someone out. We really appreciated that detail a lot.We required emergency service and charges. Charges were as described. No surprises.
