Bryce did some new plumbing work today and once again, the service was top-notch. He was proficient, courteous, and willingly imparted his expertise, which has significantly improved my understanding of my entire hot water system. The service and expertise of the technician were impeccable. Couldn't be happier. I was also extremely satisfied with Edwin's meticulous attention to detail and the additional effort he put into perfectly resolving a minor side issue. This ensured the optimum performance of our new faucet. Outstanding service and a great guy as well. I would give them six stars if I could. All this took place in Tucson!
Peyton was excellent to engage with for our plumbing needs. We recently purchased a new house in Tucson and had a lengthy list of plumbing issues identified during the inspection. Peyton was able to efficiently and professionally address all the items on the list. He took the time to explain what his plumbing work would require to finish the job. Impressively, he managed to complete the job at a cost lower than the initial quote. This is a clear example of setting realistic expectations and then exceeding them, which always delights customers.
Edwin did an excellent job handling the replacement of our water heater and expansion tank that unexpectedly broke down. He was polite and professional, maintaining cleanliness throughout the process. Edwin got us back to having hot water in no time. Peyton, his assistant, was also top-notch.
