Drain Medics has been a joy to work with and totally deserving of this 5 star review! I’m not saying this lightly as my situation was a little stressful and included a tight time line. Robert, Ernie, Austin, Jack and Ron were polite, precise, and got the job done with ease. All while making a stressed out homeowner feel comfortable with everything they were doing. I can’t even tell that I had huge hole in my front yard this morning. We called Drain Medics based on great yelp reviews and Austin did not disappoint. He provided a free estimate and came out the same day. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had. We were much happier with the Drain Medics service than with plumbers twice the price. Highly recommend!
Very professional company.. Was totally upfront with everything that was going on with my system. Would highly recommend. And definitely would not hesitate to have him repair me plumbing system again.
